Cypress has grown fast, and we see two very different jobs there: refreshing 2000s-era homes in Bridgeland and Fairfield, and repairing or rebuilding older properties on larger acreage lots off Telge and Huffmeister. Both benefit from custom carpentry — built-ins, mudrooms and trim work that a production builder never included.
Cypress homes tend to be big, with two-story family rooms, long hallways and generous game rooms upstairs. Those blank walls are ideal for built-in shelving, wainscoting and entertainment centers, and the large primary baths are strong candidates for full walk-in shower conversions.
Much of Cypress sits in Harris County outside city limits, so permitting is lighter — but MUD and HOA rules still apply. We confirm both before quoting exterior work.
