Harris County
Full-service remodeling and carpentry across the city of Houston.
Houston is home base for A&F Home Remodeling. We work inside the Loop and out to Beltway 8 every week, on everything from 1930s bungalows in the Heights to newer builds in Clear Lake. Because we live here, we know which permits the City of Houston actually requires, how long inspections take, and how to work around narrow inner-loop lots and tight driveways.
Houston's housing stock is unusually varied — pier-and-beam bungalows, mid-century ranches, 1970s brick two-stories and modern three-story townhomes all sit within a few miles of each other. Each one needs a different approach to floor leveling, cabinet scribing and plumbing access, and we price the work based on what we actually find behind the walls.
Most structural, electrical and plumbing work inside city limits needs a City of Houston permit. We pull it, schedule the inspections and keep the paperwork so it never becomes your problem at resale.

Yes. When a project involves structure, electrical, gas or plumbing changes, we pull the permit under our own license and handle every inspection.
Every week. We're used to narrow lots, alley access, limited parking and historic-district rules in areas like the Heights and Montrose.
