Harris & Fort Bend County
Kitchen, bath and outdoor remodeling for Katy's master-planned communities.
Katy homeowners call us most often when a house built in the late '90s or 2000s finally needs its builder-grade finishes replaced. We work throughout Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Firethorne and the older neighborhoods closer to Old Katy, and we're on site early enough to beat the I-10 crawl.
Most Katy homes are large slab-on-grade builds with two-story entries, big open kitchens and generous back yards. That means plenty of room for island expansions, butler's pantries and covered patios — and a lot of golden-oak cabinetry and 12x12 tile that's ready to be replaced.
Most Katy neighborhoods have an active HOA with an architectural review process for anything visible from the street or back fence. We prepare the drawings and material specs you need for approval before we start.
